Case Studies
As part of my Strategic Communications coursework, I was often asked to work in groups to analyze certain aspects of a company's communications strategies and identify its strengths, weaknesses, and opportunities for improvement. The following case studies all focus on the analysis and improvement of a company's specific message and its attempts at promoting that message. Specific subject matters include and analysis of an organization's use of social media, the effectiveness of a company's crisis management strategy, and the analysis of nonprofit's communications strategy with suggestions for improvement.
